Our Company

Assured Way Investment Limited is a real estate development, management, and investment company incorporated on the 23rd August, 2022.

Our Managing Director, ELUJOBA ADEGOKE DANIEL, was inspired to start this company because of the seemingly increasing housing deficit in Nigeria and when he saw the challenges people face in buying or selling a property. He realised there was a dire need for a real estate company that puts people first, offers personalised service to clients and guides them through the complex process of investing in real estate.

With this in mind, he set out to work; researching the market, developing a business plan and building a team of like-minded individuals who shared his vision. Assured Way Investment Limited sprang out with the focus of prioritising the needs of clients and providing them with a seamless and stress-free experience through sustained development and cultured practices.
